At TCG Best Value Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
